I just finished Mad Max: Fury Road, and I have to say, it was a near perfect film, in my opinion. It was everything I hoped for it to be, and more. The thing that I liked the most, was that it was purely a character-driven film. Yes, it was a Mad Max film, however, it felt more like a team-up film, focusing in on Furiosa's story. It felt like HER film, and it was truly amazing to see. The characters were what drove this film. I watched the sequel to the first Avengers film last week, and I have to say, overall, I liked it. It was a great way to bring the team back together, and really show them as a working unit. The last film heavily featured them learning to come together, while this film showed they can be a team, despite their vast differences. The thing I liked most about the film, was surprisingly not the Black Widow. This shocked most of my friends, and even myself. In fact, I think she was handled very poorly.
